Our Services
-
A safe space to explore cultural, racial, gender, or sexual identity—including intersectionality, family dynamics, and community belonging.
-
Support for adoptive families—including those parenting across racial and cultural lines. We explore attachment, communication, open or closed adoption dynamics, racial identity development, white privilege, and how to foster a home where children of color feel seen, safe, and supported.
-
Therapy for individuals or families grieving death, adoption-related loss, or major transitions. Includes space to process ambiguous or disenfranchised grief with compassion and care.
-
Sessions for families (traditional, blended, adoptive, or chosen) looking to strengthen communication, resolve conflict, or support each other through change or crisis. Available for families with children in middle school and up.

My approach to therapy includes an emphasis on the connection between the body, mind, and spirit. I integrate somatic and body-based practices that support nervous system regulation, recognizing that trauma often lives in the body—not just the mind. This means paying attention to sensations, patterns, and physical cues that can help guide healing, restore a sense of safety, and build greater self-awareness and resilience.
“you are your best thing.”
